December 2017 - building capacity for leadership beyond the hierarchy at Adur & Worthing Council.

A 10-month programme of training, dialogue and capacity building in a large public sector organisation to realise new ways to lead change, together.

#WT006 / The One-Day School

October 2016 - creating and running a freedom-centred micro-school for 5-9 year-olds for one day. 

Bringing nine, 5-9 year-olds together to design their own timetable, choose what they do, when they do it, and even teach each other new ideas.

Creating win-win relationships through training and coaching, and working with the leadership team to evolve the company by aligning everything to purpose.

July 2015 - helping the team of radical charity Stay Up Late to look after themselves and each other.  

Connecting the team to their needs and giving them the tools to support each other, so they can help vulnerable people change their lives and enjoy the process.
